“Next to language, money is

“[Money]… is more than simply a tool for economic exchange; its

“By a continuing process of inflation, Governments can confiscate,
secretly and unobserved, an important part of the wealth of their citizens. By
this method they not only confiscate, but they confiscate arbitrarily; and,
while the process impoverishes many, it actually enriches some …. Those to whom
the system brings windfalls …. become “profiteers” who are the object of the
hatred … the process of wealth-getting degenerates into a gamble and a lottery
.. Lenin was certainly right. There is no subtler, no surer means of overturning
the existing basis of society than to debauch the currency. The process engages
all the hidden forces of economic law on the side of destruction, and does it
in a manner which not one man in a million is able to diagnose.”

“… the prevalent sensation of oneself as a separate ego enclosed in a

environment and, consequently, its eventual destruction.”

“The twenty-first century will be the era of the World Controllers…The
older dictators fell because they could never supply their subjects with enough
bread, enough circuses, enough miracles, and mysteries. Under a scientific
dictatorship, education will really work…most men and women will grow up to
love their servitude and will never dream of revolution. There seems to be no
good reason why a thoroughly scientific dictatorship should ever be
overthrown.”
- -Aldous Huxley, in Brave New World Revisited

"All the world suffers from the usury of the Jews, their
monopolies and deceit. They have brought many unfortunate peoples into a state
of poverty, especially farmers, working-class people, and the very poor."
--Pope Clement VIII,
1592
Inasmuch as every government is an artificial entity, an abstraction,
and a creature of the mind only, a government can interface only with other
artificial persons. The imaginary, having neither actuality nor substance, is
foreclosed from creating and attaining parody with the tangible. The legal
manifestations of this are that no government, as well as any law, agency,
aspect, court, etc. can concern itself with anything other than corporate,
artificial, persons and the contracts between them.

40 Outrageous Facts
Most People Don’t Know
Old New Orleans
Inside America's
Oldest Apartments
The Upper and Lower
Pontalba Apartment buildings, on either side of Jackson Square, were built by
the Baroness Michaela Pontalba in about 1850.
They are historically significant because they are the oldest
continually rented apartment buildings in the United States.
The Baroness was one of the wealthiest and
most colorful women in New Orleans history.
She was the daughter of Don Andres de Almonester y Rojas, a generous
philanthropist, responsible for the construction of many of the city's early
public buildings, and was married to Xavier Celestin de Pontalba. She spent many years in Paris with her husband's
family.
She returned to New Orleans in the late
1840's (after having miraculously survived an attempt by her father-in-law to
murder her), and immediately began planning apartment buildings to flank either
side of what was then known as the Place d' Armes. It was the Baroness' suggestion that the old
square be renamed in honor of Gen. Andrew Jackson. The apartments had more than one architect,
with the Baroness including many of her own ideas for their design. The result is an interesting mixture of
French, Creole and Greek Revival. There
are shops on the first floor, with doors leading to passageways rather than
stair halls and, at the end of the passageways, curved stairways lead to the
private apartments on the upper floors.
Among those who have been residents or
guests in the Pontalba Apartments are singer Jenny Lind and writers, William
Faulkner, Somerset Maugham, Edna St. Vincent Millay, Sherwood Anderson,
Thornton Wilder and Booth Tarkington.
The interior photos directly below were
apparently taken when the buildings were undergoing some renovation in the late
1930's.
anomie
pronunciation
Wikipedia
anomie
Anomie describes a
lack of social norms; "normlessness". It describes the breakdown of
social bonds between an individual and their community, if under unruly
scenarios possibly resulting in fragmentation of social identity and rejection
of self-regulatory values. It was popularized by French sociologist Émile
Durkheim in his influential book Suicide (1897). Durkheim borrowed the word
from French philosopher Jean-Marie Guyau. Durkheim never uses the term
normlessness; rather, he describes anomie as "a rule that is a lack of
rule", "derangement", and "an insatiable will".
For Durkheim, anomie
arises more generally from a mismatch between personal or group standards and
wider social standards, or from the lack of a social ethic, which produces
moral deregulation and an absence of legitimate aspirations. This is a nurtured
condition:
Anomie in common parlance is
thought to mean something like "at loose ends". The Oxford English
Dictionary lists a range of definitions, beginning with a disregard of divine
law, through the 19th and 20th century sociological terms meaning an absence of
accepted social standards or values. Most sociologists associate the term with
Durkheim, who used the concept to speak of the ways in which an individual's
actions are matched, or integrated, with a system of social norms and practices
… Durkheim also formally posited anomie as a mismatch, not simply as the
absence of norms. Thus, a society with too much rigidity and little individual
discretion could also produce a kind of anomie, a mismatch between individual
circumstances and larger social mores. Thus, fatalistic suicide arises when a
person is too rule-governed, when there is … no free horizon of expectation.
Encyclopedia
Britannica
anomie, also
spelled anomy , in
societies or individuals, a condition of instability resulting from a breakdown
of standards and values or from a lack of purpose or ideals.
The term was
introduced by the French sociologist Émile Durkheim in his
study of suicide. He believed that one type of suicide (anomic) resulted from
the breakdown of the social standards necessary for regulating behaviour. When
a social system is in a state of anomie, common values and common meanings are
no longer understood or accepted, and new values and meanings have not
developed. According to Durkheim, such a society produces, in many of its members,
psychological states characterized by a sense of futility, lack of purpose, and
emotional emptiness and despair. Striving is considered useless, because there
is no accepted definition of what is desirable.
American sociologist Robert K. Merton studied the causes of anomie, or
normlessness, finding it severest in people who lack an acceptable means of
achieving their personal goals. Goals may become so important that if the
institutionalized means—i.e., those means acceptable according to the standards
of the society—fail, illegitimate means might be used. Greater emphasis on ends
rather than means creates a stress that leads to a breakdown in the regulatory
structure—i.e., anomie. If, for example, a society impelled its members to
acquire wealth yet offered inadequate means for them to do so, the strain would
cause many people to violate norms. The only regulating agencies would be the
desire for personal advantage and the fear of punishment. Social behaviour
would thus become unpredictable. Merton defined a continuum of responses to
anomie that ranged from conformity to social innovation, ritualism, retreatism,
and, finally, rebellion. Delinquency, crime, and suicide are often reactions to
anomie.
Although Durkheim’s
concept of anomie referred to a condition of relative normlessness of a society
or social group, other writers have used the term to refer to conditions of
individuals. In this psychological usage, anomie means the state of mind of a
person who has no standards or sense of continuity or obligation and has
rejected all social bonds. Individuals may feel that community leaders are
indifferent to their needs, that society is basically unpredictable and lacking
order, and that goals are not being realized. They may have a sense of futility
and a conviction that associates are not dependable sources of support.
Criminology – FSU
Durkheim's Anomie
Emile Durkheim, a
French sociologist, introduced the concept of anomie in his book The Division of Labor in Society,
published in 1893. He used anomie to describe a condition of deregulation that
was occurring in society. This meant that rules on how people ought to behave
with each other were breaking down and thus people did not know what to expect
from one another. Anomie, simply defined, is a state where norms (expectations
on behaviors) are confused, unclear or not present. It is normlessness,
Durkheim felt, that led to deviant behavior. In 1897, Durkheim used the term
again in his study on Suicide, referring to a morally deregulated condition.
Durkheim was preoccupied with the effects of social change. He best illustrated
his concept of anomie not in a discussion of crime but of suicide.
In The Division of Labor in Society,
Durkheim proposed two concepts. First, that societies evolved from a simple,
nonspecialized form, called mechanical, toward a highly complex, specialized
form, called organic. In the former society people behave and think alike and
more or less perform the same work tasks and have the same group-oriented
goals. When societies become more complex, or organic, work also becomes more
complex. In this society, people are no longer tied to one another and social
bonds are impersonal.
Anomie thus refers to
a breakdown of social norms and it a condition where norms no longer control
the activities of members in society. Individuals cannot find their place in
society without clear rules to help guide them. Changing conditions as well as
adjustment of life leads to dissatisfaction, conflict, and deviance. He
observed that social periods of disruption (economic depression, for instance)
brought about greater anomie and higher rates of crime, suicide, and deviance.
Durkheim felt that
sudden change caused a state of anomie. The system breaks down, either during a
great prosperity or a great depression, anomie is the same result.
Robert Merton: Anomie
Theory (sometimes also termed strain theory or means-ends theory)
In one of the most
famous articles in sociology, its first version written in the 1940s, Robert
Merton begins by addressing biological explanations of deviance and concludes
that biology cannot account for variations from one society to the next in the
nature and extent of deviance. His primary interest is not so much why a
particular individual deviates, but why the rates of deviance differ so
dramatically in different societies and for different subgroups within a single
society. Merton works within the overall functionalist perspective that we have
already addressed, which puts a great deal of emphasis on the role of culture,
particularly its unifying aspects, but now Merton adapts a concept he borrows
from Durkheim to analyze situations in which culture creates deviance and
disunity. In Durkheim's usage, anomie referred to a situation in which cultural
norms break down because of rapid change. Anomic suicide, for example, can
occur during a major economic depression, when people aren't able to achieve
the goals that they have learned to pursue, but it can also occur when the
economy experiences a boom and suddenly the sky's the limit--people don't know
how to limit their goals and be satisfied with their achievements.
Merton changes the
concept slightly, to refer to a situation in which there is an apparent lack of
fit between the culture's norms about what constitutes success in life (goals)
and the culture's norms about the appropriate ways to achieve those goals
(means).
In Merton's
formulation, anomie becomes the explanation for high rates of deviant behavior
in the U.S. compared with other societies, and also an explanation for the
distribution of deviant behavior across groups defined by class, race,
ethnicity, and the like. The U.S., in fact, Merton sees as a polar example of a
society in which success goals (often defined primarily in monetary terms) are
emphasized for everyone in the culture, and people are criticized as being
quitters if they scale back their goals. On the other hand, the culture is at
best ambivalent in its norms about the appropriate means of being successful.
Certainly hard work and ambition, in school and then in the economic
marketplace, are the culturally approved means of success, but there's also an
element of admiration for the robber baron and the rogue who breaks the rules
about appropriate means but achieves success goals by deviant means. In
America, in other words, success is probably rated a lot more highly than
virtue.
In addition, the U.S.
has minority groups whose access to success by conventional means is clearly
limited. In the period in which Merton was writing, ours was a clearly racist
society. Black Americans, for example, were severely limited in their access to
education, but if they overcame those obstacles and obtained a good education,
that education would not "buy" them as good a job as it would for a
white person. In some societies that emphasize ascriptive criteria in
allocating power and privilege, the culture sets a very different standard of
success. Someone who was born an untouchable in the Indian caste system, for
example, would learn not to aspire to the kind of success that might be
available to an upper-caste individual. But in the U.S. the same kinds of
success goals are held out to all. Thus our very high rates of deviance and
crime, compared with other societies, in Merton's analysis can be understood,
first as a result of our emphasizing success goals more than we emphasize
approved means of achieving those goals, and second, our emphasizing the same
kind of success for everyone even while the race, ethnic, and class
stratification of the society limits the opportunities for success by those in
the less privileged groups.
How do people respond
to this disjunction of goals and means? Merton creates a typology of
adaptations. The first symbol designates people's relationship to norms about
goals; the second symbol designates their relationship to norms about the means
of achieving those goals.
Mode of adaptation
I. Conformity + +
II. Innovation + -
III. Ritualism - +
IV. Retreatism - -
V. Rebellion xx
In this diagram, a
"+" means acceptance, a "-" signifies rejection, and an
"x" means rejection of prevailing values and substitution of new
ones.
Although Merton
spends some time discussing each of these modes of adaptation, it's probably
the second one, "innovation," which most logically follows from his
earlier discussion of the relationship between culture and deviance in general
and the deviance-producing features of American society in particular. Innovators
are people who break the rules (and often the laws) in order to achieve the
success goals that are so heavily promoted in the society. At the upper levels,
Merton points out, "the pressure toward innovation not infrequently erases
the distinction between business-like strivings this side of the approved norms
and sharp practices beyond the norms." Merton quotes Thorstein Veblen:
"It is not easy in any given case--indeed it is at times impossible until
the courts have spoken--to say whether it is an instance of praiseworthy
salesmanship or a penitentiary offense."
But he sees the
greatest pressures toward "innovation" operating at the lower levels
of the stratification system." Here "incentives for success are
provided by the established values of the culture and second, the avenues
available for moving toward this goal are largely limited by the class
structure to those of deviant behavior. It is the combination of the cultural
emphasis and the social structure which produces intense pressure for
deviation." "Despite our persisting open-class ideology, advance
toward the success-goal is relatively rare and notably difficult for those
armed with little formal education and few economic resources."
"Within this context, Al Capone represents the triumph of amoral intelligence
over morally prescribed "failure," when the channels of vertical
mobility are closed or narrowed in a society which places a high premium on
economic affluence and social ascent for all its members."
Notice that Merton's
analysis is not ultimately aimed at the individual level--why does this
individual deviate and this one not--but at the level of groups and societies
as reflected in differing rates of deviance. Merton isn't saying that every
individual exposed to these cultural conflicts reacts the same way; on the
contrary, his typology is designed to allow for variation at the individual
level. In his concluding remarks, Merton himself highlights the major
weaknesses of his analysis. "This essay on the structural sources of
deviant behavior remains but a prelude. It has not included a detailed
treatment of the structural elements which predispose toward one rather than
another of the alternative responses open to individuals living in an
ill-balanced social structure. It has largely neglected but not denied the
social psychological processes determining the specific incidence of these
responses; it has only briefly considered the social functions performed by
deviant behavior; ...it has only touched upon rebellious behavior which seeks
to refashion the social framework." Unfortunately, as is so often the case
with people doing what they label as preliminary or exploratory work, Merton
never went on to attempt the additional work that he himself recognized as
crucial to a full understanding of the dynamic he describes in this essay.
noblesse oblige
Noblesse oblige is a
French phrase literally meaning "nobility obliges".
The Dictionnaire de
l’Académie française defines it thus:
Whoever claims to be noble must conduct
himself nobly.
(Figuratively) One must act in a
fashion that conforms to one's position, and with the reputation that one has
earned.
Meaning and variants
The Oxford English
Dictionary says that the term "suggests noble ancestry constrains to
honorable behavior; privilege entails to responsibility". Being a noble
meant that one had responsibilities to lead, manage and so on. One was not to
simply spend one's time in idle pursuits.
"Noblesse
oblige" is generally used to imply that with wealth, power, and prestige
come responsibilities. The phrase is sometimes used derisively, in the sense of
condescending or hypocritical social responsibility. In American English especially,
the term is sometimes applied more broadly to suggest a general obligation for
the more fortunate to help the less fortunate.
In ethical
discussion, it is sometimes used to summarize a moral economy wherein privilege
must be balanced by duty towards those who lack such privilege or who cannot
perform such duty. Finally, it has been used recently primarily to refer to
public responsibilities of the rich, famous and powerful, notably to provide
good examples of behaviour or to exceed minimal standards of decency. It has
also been used to describe a person taking the blame for something in order to
solve an issue or save someone else.
An early instance of
this concept in literature may be found in Homer's Iliad. In Book XII, the
Trojan prince Sarpedon delivers a famous speech in which he urges his comrade
Glaucus to fight with him in the front ranks of battle. In Pope's translation,
Sarpedon exhorts Glaucus thus: "’Tis ours, the dignity they give to grace
/ The first in valour, as the first in place; / That when with wondering eyes
our martial bands / Behold our deeds transcending our commands, / Such, they
may cry, deserve the sovereign state, / Whom those that envy dare not
imitate!"
In "Le Lys dans
la vallée", written in 1835 and published in 1836, Honoré de Balzac
recommends certain standards of behaviour to a young man, concluding:
"Everything I have just told you can be summarized by an old word:
noblesse oblige!" His advices had included comments like "others will
respect you for detesting people who have done detestable things," but
nothing about generosity or benevolence. He later includes the exhortation that
a noble person performs services for others not for gain or recognition, but
simply because it was the right thing to do.
It was also recorded
in an 1837 letter from F. A. Kemble: "To be sure, if noblesse oblige,
royalty must do so still more".
The phrase is used as
the motto for the National Honor Society, which cites its purpose is to convey
"fulfilling their obligations through service to others."
William Faulkner uses
the term many times in his novels and short stories, including the famous The
Sound and the Fury and "A Rose for Emily".
"Indeed you can
usually tell when the concepts of democracy and citizenship are weakening.
There is an increase in the role of charity and in the worship of volunteerism.
These represent the élite citizen's imitation of noblesse oblige; that is, of
pretending to be aristocrats or oligarchs, as opposed to being citizens."
—John Ralston Saul
In the Disney movie
Mary Poppins, Mr. Banks sings a song titled "The Life I Lead" with
the lyrics: "I treat my subjects / servants, children, wife / With a firm
but gentle hand / Noblesse oblige!"
The musical Me and My
Girl contains a scene where the Cockney Bill Snibson mis-reads his family motto
of noblesse oblige. The Duchess Maria corrects him and reminds him of new
obligations as an aristocrat. Now drunk, the portraits of his ancestors appear
to awaken, singing a song reminding him of his duties, a refrain of noblesse oblige
forming the chorus.
Noblesse oblige is
the motto of Calasanctius College (Ireland) and Colvin Taluqdars' College
(India). The final stanza of Colvin's College Song is "Forgetting not our
motto to perform noble deeds; Of pursuing our aim and serve our nation's needs;
Colvinians do your duty, be loyal, just and true; Our College and our country
expect this of you."
In the first act of
Johann Strauss, Jr.'s operetta Die Fledermaus, when Gabriel Eisenstein's wife,
Rosalinde, shows confusion at his intention to wear dress evening clothes to
prison, he exclaims, "Noblesse oblige!"
In the Robert A.
Heinlein novel To Sail Beyond the Sunset, Dr. Johnson says, "Does your
common man understand chivalry? Noblesse oblige? Aristocratic rules of conduct?
Personal responsibility for the welfare of the state? One may as well search
for fur on a frog." Heinlein also discusses the concept in Glory Road
where Her Wisdom Star, Empress of Twenty Universes observes to her champion
that "Noblesse oblige is an emotion felt only by the truly noble."
Chief Justice of the
United States John Roberts uses the phrase disparagingly in his majority
opinion concerning the government's assertion that it will selectively
prosecute animal cruelty videos based on their own interpretation of The First
Amendment in United States v. Stevens.
Baroness Orczy's
character The Scarlet Pimpernel often uses the phrase to describe her sense of
duty to protect the nobility of France, especially when addressing the
villainous Paul Chauvelin in the 1982 London Film Productions movie.
In the 1972 movie The
Ruling Class, Inspector Brockett concludes his investigation of the murder of
Lady Claire at the Gurney Estate by announcing to his hosts: "You've shown
me what 'noblesse oblige' really means." The line is delivered after he
has arrested the butler based on his possession of communist writings. The
overall effect is to portray the authorities as lackeys to a reckless
aristocracy.
Channeling Reality
Sun Tzu's War
... To secure ourselves against defeat
lies in our own hands, but the opportunity of defeating the enemy is provided
by the enemy himself.
--Sun Tzu
When I use the word
logical, it doesn't always mean that something is logical. In the parlance of the Information Systems
world, logical means not physical. For
example, an Indian Reservation can be defined as a logical island. It is part of the whole territory, but it's a
separate, segregated area that is for all practical purposes, is a landlocked
island under a different civil authority with their own culture and norms. Definition is critical to communication so
that we don't talk past each other.
If you can't define
it, then you don't fully understand it and you can't fix or fight what you
don't understand.
If you know the enemy and know
yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for
every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself,
you will succumb in every battle.
Recently, I was
finally able to define in clear and concise terms the meaning of the New World
Order relative to the Old World Order.
The Old World Order
is a world organized into nation-states with state being defined as a
geographical location with borders, sovereign and independent from the rest of
the world.
The New World Order
is a world organized into "market states" with state being defined as
a condition of being rather than a geographical location. The term Community is often used but a better
and more descriptive term is Common Market.
That term is studiously avoided because it might cause people to make the
connection with the European Union - elimination of national sovereignty for
the countries in Europe - replaced by a political and economic union (merger)
which is the effective description of a "market state".
All warfare is based on deception.
A conversion from the
Old World Order to the New World Order required(s) breaking down the
institutions of the old and either eliminating them completely or reconfiguring
them to fit a new system of governing that is compatible with the Common Market
system. This disintegration of our institutions
of the public and private sector has been on-going for over a quarter of a
century. The political leadership of
this country cast these changes as "reforms" thereby deceiving the
people they were supposed to represent.
... Therefore the skillful leader
subdues the enemy's troops without any fighting; he captures their cities
without laying siege to them; he overthrows their kingdom without lengthy
operations in the field.
With his forces intact he will dispute
the mastery of the Empire, and thus without losing a man, his triumph will be
complete. This is the method of
attacking by stratagem.
The conversion and
consolidation of administrative processes from the Old World Order to the New
World Order of the Common Market began in the 1970's with consolidation of local
jurisdictions along functional lines.
For example, multi-city and county water districts, fire districts,
transportation taxing districts, etc. At
a higher level, the creation of regional overlays were either mandates or
incentivized by the federal government using taxpayer money. In all cases, authority to govern is removed
from the existing subdivision in a process of collectivization with political
and economic power shifting accordingly.
The decision to
eliminate nation-states was made by world leaders at the 1990 G7 Summit in
Houston, Texas. Of course their language
is never quite that clear, but George H.W. Bush was clear on June 27, 1990 when
he announced his Enterprise of the Americas initiative:
"...But the political
transformation sweeping the rest of Latin America and the Caribbean has its
parallel in the economic sphere. Throughout the region, nations are turning
away from the statist economic policies that stifle growth and are now looking
to the power of the free market to help this hemisphere realize its untapped
potential for progress. A new leadership has emerged, backed by the strength of
the people's mandate, leadership that understands that the future of Latin
America lies with free government and free markets."
Three years later,
the NAFTA agreement was signed annexing the 1983 La Paz Treaty with Mexico
which incorporated the 1972 United Nations Stockholm Declaration on Human
Rights by reference and a year after that, the World Trade Organization was
created by the Marrakesh Agreement approved by Congress in 1994. The Marrakesh Agreement - using economic
terms - called for the "free movement of goods and people across national
borders" thereby breeching the boundaries of the nation-state and giving a
basis for legal action against the nation-state and its people prohibiting them
from defending against hostile economic and political forces. These agreements flipped the legal positions
of citizens and non-citizens providing non-citizens with legal protections and
citizens with none except that which was provided through civil rights
legislation for specific racial and gender groups.
Now the general is the bulwark of the
State; if the bulwark is complete at all points; the State will be strong; if
the bulwark is defective, the State will be weak.
You can be sure of succeeding in your
attacks if you only attack places which are undefended. You can ensure the
safety of your defense if you only hold positions that cannot be attacked.
The contradiction
between defending against hostile forces with free access to territory and the
responsibility to protect the territory and people inherent in the nation-state
system of government was "resolved" by designing logical security. Logical security means computer systems with
inventories of people who are allowed to be within the boundaries of the region
(perimeter security bounded by oceans).
Logical security means having to tag people (Real ID) so that they can
be identified at a distance without violating their "human
rights". It means having a work
authorization system (eVerify). It means
having a 'Guest Worker' program to manage inflows of foreign workers but in
order to manage "guest workers", domestic workers must be managed as
well.
O divine art of subtlety and secrecy!
Through you we learn to be invisible, through you inaudible; and hence we can
hold the enemy's fate in our hands.
The stealth way that
the market state has been created has given rise to a previously unrecognized
(for this writer) problem. The
combination of new structures of power governed by unelected councils and
commissions combined with the legal empowerment of foreign interests combined
with new methods of citizen engagement (collaborative governance) has created a
situation in which a return to tribalism is inevitable. Power is achieved by numbers of people
engaged and appointed to commissions and councils. Opposing and supporting groups (tribes) form
to lobby the councils and commissions which were created along functional
lines.
We can form a single united body, while
the enemy must split up into fractions. Hence there will be a whole pitted
against separate parts of a whole, which means that we shall be many to the
enemy's few.
Tribalism is not a
part of Western Tradition or Culture and as a consequence, the citizens of the
United States are at the triple disadvantage of being blindsided by a new
system of "governance", with no comprehension of tribalism and no
legal tools, assistance or support to defend against it. Foreigners who arrive
who are inherently tribal and who have no previous knowledge of the traditional
government, culture and norms have all the advantage which means that our
political leaders have wittingly or unwittingly empowered stateless nations
like the nation of Islam with the tools they need to defeat the western world
without a shot being fired. The logical
security designed by egghead paper pushers won't protect the population from
the incremental conversion of the United States to a balkanized, tribal state
eventually controlled by Islamic religious leaders under a system of Islamic
law. All they have to do is slow walk in
here - and not cause trouble until they are the majority.

Eco-Fascists: How
Radical Conservationists Are Destroying Our Natural Heritage
By Elizabeth Nickson
(2012)
An investigative
reporter documents the destructive impact of the environmental movement in
North America and beyond.
When journalist
Elizabeth Nickson sought to subdivide her twenty-eight acres on Salt Spring
Island in the Pacific Northwest, she was confronted by the full force and power
of the radical conservationists who had taken over the local zoning council.
She soon discovered that she was not free to do what she wanted with her land,
and that in the view of these arrogant stewards it wasn’t really hers at all.
Nickson’s long, frustrating, and eyeopening encounter with these zealots
started her on a journey to investigate and expose the hugely destructive
impact of the environmental movement on ordinary people and communities across
North America—and the world.
What she discovered
is shocking. Forty million Americans have been driven from their land, and
rural culture is being systematically crushed, even as wildlife, forests, and
rangelands are dying. In Eco-Fascists, Nickson explores how environmental
radicals have taken over government agencies at the local, state, and federal
levels. The result? A wholesale sequestration of forest, range, and water—more
than 40 percent of North America—impoverishing us all, especially the most
vulnerable. This confiscation of America’s natural heritage is a major factor
contributing to our current economic decline; until it is acknowledged and
addressed, our economy will not recover.
Nickson traces the
tens of billions of dollars environmental nonprofits marshal every year to
promote the notion that our essential natural systems are collapsing, and
finds, in a brutal example of self-fulfilling prophesy, that their corrupted
science is desertifying the heartland. She visits once-thriving communities
that are turning to ghost towns because environmental legislation has forced
mines, ranches, and mills to close and has forbidden critical forest, range,
park, and wilderness maintenance.
Eco-Fascists exposes
the major fallacies of the environmental movement—from wildlife protection to
zoning to forest-fire management—and introduces us to the individuals who are
fighting back. Fast-paced, highly accessible, and sure to be controversial,
this is a work that will change the national conversation about environmental
protection and its impact.

A couple of years
ago, I came to the conclusion, after seeing a few Root Cellars on some of my
Client’s properties, that it would be a great idea to have a root cellar, as
using the earth to cool in summer & heat in winter is an AWESOME idea!
After doing a lot of
research, I came to the conclusion that I wanted to use a shipping container
for the cellar, bury it under dirt/material, and install a shed as a front for
it.
Now, a little
explanation:
If you go on the web,
and search out doing what I did, you will come to see a LOT of people who say
it can’t be done safely; that the container will have extreme corrosion issues,
etc, and that it won’t take the weight of material on the top without
collapsing. I have found that the majority of folks that post this either don’t
know what they’re talking about, or they work for or own a company that

B.C. man charged with
promoting hatred against Jews on website
The publisher of a
British Columbia website that has drawn repeated complaints over its portrayals
of Jews has been charged with promoting hatred following a six-month police
investigation, officials said Tuesday.
Arthur Topham, 65,
was charged with a single count of willfully promoting hatred against “people
of the Jewish religion or ethnic group” as well as improper storage of firearms
found in his house near Quesnel, B.C.
“The branch has
approved charges against him,” said Neil MacKenzie of the B.C. Criminal Justice
Branch. He said the province’s assistant deputy attorney general had sign off
on the hate crimes charge.
Mr. Topham was to
make a court appearance Thursday.
“We’re glad that the
government and the police have taken our concerns seriously and proceeded,”
said Anita Bromberg of B’nai Brith Canada, which had asked police to
investigate the website last May.

Hard Work or Hardly
Working? How White People Got So Rich
“The foundation of American White supremacy sits tenuously on a rickety
base of lies and deceptions about how Whites gained their wealth and status. A
century and a half after slavery the median wealth of White families is $100,000;
for Black families, it's $5,000. The belief that Whites achieved this 20-1
wealth advantage by HARD WORK is an absurd and a historical fantasy.”
Compromise of 1877
The Compromise of
1877 is arguably the most devastating single event in the history of Blacks in
America. That is when a group of politicians convened at the Wormley Hotel in
Washington, D.C., to attempt to resolve the deadlocked presidential election of
1876 between Rutherford B. Hayes and Samuel Tilden. They agreed that if Hayes
were awarded the presidency, he would remove the federal troops protecting the
ex-slaves in the South, and the former Southern slaveholding class would be
free to return to power and establish new forms of slavery without federal
oversight or control. This is the exact point in American history when Whites
determined that the Black man and woman would forever be a second-class citizen
in all aspects of American society.
After twelve years of
“emancipation” Blacks were returned to virtual slavery, and assigned to permanent
political, social, and economic inferiority. A Jewish congressman from
Louisiana, William M. Levy, gave the speech that convinced the lawmakers that
this wicked act that scholars call “the Great Betrayal of the Negro people” was
the best policy for America.
Blacks had made great
strides in developing private businesses, but the Ku Klux Klan targeted these
businesses for destruction as in Rosewood, Fla. and Tulsa (Black Wall Street),
Okla. and many, many other lesser-known places. Blacks lost billions in
investment dollars to Whites through these acts of terror. Black businesses
were often uninsured because of the racist policies of American insurance
companies, so the destruction of a Black business was totally unrecoverable.
Whites had no such disabilities in growing their businesses.
The most profound
part of this history, however, is that on THE SAME DAY that those White
politicians decided to end Black progress forever, Allah decided that The
Saviour to the Black man and woman would be born. Both events—the two MOST
SIGNIFICANT IN THE HISTORY OF BLACK AMERICA—happened on February 26, 1877!
Next: Continuing the
list of White affirmative action programs and policies that deceptively
“earned” the White man his “superiority.”

Symbolic Literacy
By
Michael Tsarion
Kids won’t even find out how much their values
have been perverted until they hit high school.
--Esquire Magazine
We have come to expect hidden messages in
our kids’ TV
--Douglas Rushkoff (Media Virus)
Due to chronic symbol
illiteracy, we live our lives largely unaware of a great poison in our midst,
something that has a profoundly negative effect on our conscious and
unconscious selves. This is the use of subliminal persuasion in media and
advertising. Subliminal and subtextual persuasion of this pernicious kind
constitutes nothing less than a psychic dictatorship. It involves the
deliberate and subversive manipulation and public purveyance of words, images,
numbers, colors, rhythms, and symbols which are subsequently directed, via
ubiquitous media oracles, toward the limbic areas of the human brain.
The artifice of the
Media Persuaders produces an elaborate and insidious cryptic language
specifically designed to stimulate conflict between fantasy and reality. It
also serves to stimulate the compulsive urges of man's base appetites, and a
plethora of mundane and dissonant drives that conflict with our higher
aspirations and intentions. Constant exposure to subliminal content serves to
undermine man's healthy drives. It subverts our natural moral sensibility and
ultimately arrests our spiritual maturation. The devastating effects of such
subversion on our selves, as well as on our children, has rarely been explored
in great depth. It has yet to be recognized by the public at large, who, being
victims of chronic “symbol illiteracy,” are unshielded against the constant
barrage of subliminal information entering their minds causing, over time, a
nightmare list of physical and psychic disorders.
In the mind of this
author, there can be no question of positive social change, no question of
national or global healing, until human beings (particularly those in the
western world) become lucidly cognizant and profoundly educated concerning the
power of symbols, not only as transcendental portals, or mathematical devices,
but as weapons in the hands of plutocratic elites, with occult agendas,
laboring to arrest the mental, emotional, and spiritual maturation of the
underclasses.
The alarming
existential chaos which the young presently experience, though mostly deplored
and ignored, serves as a direct indictment of the symbolic subversion I seek to
expose. The young are, by definition, closer to the creative force than the
average adult. They are also more influenced by the limbic brain and,
therefore, respond with greater zeal to the erotic and even perverse symbolic
messages which have become increasingly pervasive in their life- and
think-space. The invasive, clandestinely directed, content has been adroitly
designed to bypass their moral conscience and rational filters. The results of
this psychic dictatorship are devastating.
...research has shown that in the first few
milliseconds of our perceiving something we do not only unconsciously
comprehend what it is, but decide whether we like it or not; the cognitive
unconscious" presents our awareness with not just the identity of what we
see, but an opinion about it. Our emotions have a mind of their own, one which
can hold views quite independently of our rational mind.
--Daniel Goleman

Children’s television and MTV, in fact, are
the easiest places to launch counterculture missiles. The more harmless or
inane the forum, the more unsuspecting the audience.
–Douglas Rushkoff (Media

Subliminal messages
permeate television programs, computer games, magazines, billboards, products,
and musical productions. They are, however, not limited to the ambience of the
young. They are just one of the weapons in the arsenal of psychopathic
corporations whose entire modus operandi concerns profit and dehumanization.
All that is truly aesthetic, traditional, cultural or substantial, merely
stands in the way of their monopolistic stratagems, their aggressive,
relentless efforts at reducing the entire human race to a body of narcissistic,
sense-infatuated, desensitized, amoral, immoral or actively criminal
"smiling depressives."
I think we are destroying the minds of
America and that has been one of my lifelong ambitions.

The language of business is not a language
of the soul or the language of humanity. It’s a language of indifference, it’s
a language of separation, secrecy and hierarchy
– Anita Rodderick (creator of
the Body Shop)
…the
corporation remains as it was at the time of its origins, as a mad business
institution in the middle of the nineteenth century, and legally designated
“person” designed to valorize self interest and invalidate moral concern. Most
people would find its “personality” abnormal, even psychopathic, in a human
being, yet curiously we accept it in society’s most powerful institutions.
--Joel Bakan (The Corporation)
Business is business
we say; people are merely selling their products. If only this were true. A
little research and objective observation tells a different tale. The elite at
the top of the world's major advertising agencies are extraordinarily educated
and intuitive people trained by private schools and prestigious think tanks.
Although it may come as news to the consumer, it is a fact that selling
products is only a minor concern for them. Though it may sound rather bizarre,
it is their job to implant political and aesthetically conditioning motifs
within the minds of their erstwhile viewers. These implanted messages, more
often than not, contradict our conscious drives. The elites to whom I refer,
know a great deal about human and social psychology.
They understand the
operations of the human body and mind. They have made an in-depth study of the
complex nature of desire, emotion, libido, and appetite, and their researches
have even taken them into occult fields. Arcane subjects such as
Astro-Theology, sabeanism, numerology, and ceremonial magic are assiduously
studied. It would appear that the advertisers consider their logos in the same
manner as a trained sorcerer considers the various talismans, amulets, symbols,
mudras, mantras, and rhythms that employs in his work to disaffect minds and
enhance personal power.
Some of the most talented and creative
people in the world are dedicated this work, indeed, the most skillful
propagandists of our time are not working for dictators, they are certainly not
working exclusively for the Democratic party or the Republican either. They are
working for Foote, Cone & Belding, Ogilvy & Mather, and DDB Needham
Worldwide
--Jane Kilbourne (Can't Buy My Love)
Down through the
centuries, symbols are memorized. They become part of the collective
phylogenetic reservoir. They are in our "Race Memory." When such symbols
are used, they invariably stimulate reactions, often emotional and sexual. Some
symbols were, and still are, specifically designed to affect the limbic centers
of the brain. In primitive cultures we hear of the voodoo doctor and his
attendant zombie. Before he fell under the spell of his master, the zombie was
a live, active, thinking person. His will was weakened because he was slowly
and surreptitiously administered the juice of the Datura plant, which drugged
him into state of listlessness and passivity. Each day, lest he revive, the
zombie had to ingest more of the potion.
Today, we see a
similar process at work, only with greater frequency and over a larger
demographic. In this case, the "Datura" is not organic but auditory,
visual, and digital. We have technological witchdoctors and cyber-space
sorcerers. Their particular concoction of spells are cast via techniques that
go by names such as Tele-hypnosis, Metacontrast, Hemisync, Synaesthenia, and
Embedding. New techniques, yes, but with the same deadly effect as any past
voodoo, sorcery, or telepathy. Recently, a professional hypnotist declared that
the very same skills used to lull the mind into a state of suggestibility are
unquestionably used by advertising agents.
A century and a half after its birth, the
modern business corporation, and artificial person made in the image of a human
psychopath, now is seeking to remake real people in its image.

Corporation)
We must all face the fact that our leaders

You don't understand…It's not about
money...It's about power and influence
--Michael Ovitz (interview with Mike

Yes, it appears that
the "enchanters" of the story books are alive, well, and busy. In one
sense, the advertisers are like the “Leonardos” and “Michaelangelos” of the
modern world. Moreover, they are still under oligarchic patronage. They are,
however, not utilizing their prodigious endowments for the spiritual or
cultural uplift of mankind. They are master persuaders and deal in behavioral
and motivational sciences. Their modus operendi is the systematic erosion of
the moral, intellectual, and spiritual foundations of society.
Cannot the
spiritual vacuity and moral degradation of our century be traced to the
corruption peddled by these Apollonian persuaders in their gleaming corporate
penthouses?
No one's really worrying about what it's
(advertising to children) teaching impressionable youth. Hey, I'm in the
business of convincing people to buy things they don't need.
--Advertising
Executive (quoted from Business Week, August 11, 1997)
…In boy’s advertising…antisocial behavior
in pursuit of a product is a good thing.
--Disney Marketing Executive
We readily accept
that other species on the planet can be trained to have their behavior altered.
We know that this manipulation occurs either by direct manipulation and
training, or by the gradual change to a creature’s environment and habitat
beyond its conscious awareness. Although it may sound controversial, the
situation is no different with the control of humanity.
In the cybernetic age, the individual
becomes increasingly subject to manipulation. His work, his consumption, and
his leisure are manipulated by advertising, by ideologies, by what Skinner
calls “positive reinforcements.” The individuals loses his active, responsible
role in the social process; he becomes completely “adjusted” and learns that
any behavior, act, thought, or feeling which does not fit into the general
scheme puts him at a severe disadvantage; in fact he is what he is supposed to
be…What has happened in modern industrial society is that traditions, and
common values, and genuine social personal ties with others have largely
disappeared. The modern mass man is isolated and lonely, even though he is part
of a crowd; he has no convictions which he could share with others, only
slogans and ideologies he gets from the communications media.
- Erich Fromm (The
Anatomy of Human Destructiveness)
Without personal
study or experience, the reader will be inclined to balk at these facts. The
oligarchs have made sure that little information regarding this subject reaches
the public. Although there is an unbelievable barrage of symbolism in our
world, and though it is known that billions of dollars are involved in their
production, distribution, and monitoring, the average person has little
awareness of the fatal impact they are having on his life. Walking around
decorated with the logos and brand names of exploiting corporations and conglomerates
is considered normal and even chic today. Although thousands of classical
musical and artistic creations are debauched under their hand, and though our
visual space is cluttered with ad-copy and billboards, few in authority raise a
murmur against it.
The man who does not know what it means to
be under psychic hypnosis, is probably already under it.
--Vernon Howard
The world consists of imaginary people,
claiming imaginary virtues and suffering from imaginary happiness
--ibid
Although here may be
fewer physical frontiers for man to conquer, there is an entire virtual kingdom
to explore and colonize. There is cyberspace and data-space, and the so-called
“information highway.” In the virtual reality, symbolic motifs can proliferate
and literally infest our minds. Scientists have, for example, discovered that
there are 250,000 miles of neural threads in the brain, enough to stretch from
earth to the moon. On each micrometer of these threads there are over 240,000
bits of information. This data is, however, not stored as words but as
pictograms or composite images. Moreover, there are thirty seven sensory inputs
to the brain, not only the five commonly known. The architects of control know
how to communicate to these inner senses, and the damage they have done is
incalculable.
The man who understands a symbol not only
opens himself to the objective world but at the same time succeeds in emerging
from his personal situation and reaching a comprehension of the
universal...thanks to the symbol, the individual experience is
"awoken" and transmuted into a spiritual act.
--Mircea Eliade
--Mircea Eliade
In fact, the only way
to really comprehend the complete ramifications of their insidious work, is for
each person to become familiar with the manner in which symbol affect the mind.
Eventually, the student must also begin to study occult subjects. He must study
subjects such as Tarot, Alchemy, Astrology, and Astro-Theology.
By studying the
nature of consciousness and how it is affected or disaffected by colors,
symbols, numbers, and words, we discover what is going on around us. We are
also able to take back the power that was stolen from us.
Symbols have been
used by all major cultures and, naturally, there could be no true advance to
higher forms of language and communication without them. Symbols are higher
forms of communication. They transmit archetypal ideas that words are unable to
convey.
One of the greatest
chapters within the greater Book of Symbolism, concerns the wisdom of the
Tarot. I have personally found that an esoteric study of magical arts - Tarot,
Astrology, Kabala and Numerology - greatly assists man to heal from the psychic
and emotional diseases created by the master manipulators. By working with
Tarot and its sister arts, we awaken innate intelligence that I refer to as the
"Wisdom Body." By way of the age-old arcane arts we succeed in
cultivating the all-important "Symbolic Literacy" that the elites
possess and misuse. We learn "Pattern-Recognition," and can defend
ourselves against the attack that daily weakens the psychic defenses of our
fellow humans in the world.
…numbers are not concepts consciously
invented by men for purposes of calculation. They are spontaneous and
autonomous products of the unconscious – as are other archetypal symbols.
--Carl
Gustav Jung (Man and His Symbols)
Working correctly and
responsibly with these high Arts serves to liberate the higher will within us.
As a result, we gain greater control over our lives. We are not as likely to
fall prey to our lower drives and get waylaid by false promises and lures. We
have a great ability to see through illusion and are less deceived by those who
seek to bring the entire planet under plutocratic control. The more awakened a
man becomes, the less power his masters possess. The more unique and
individualistic a man becomes, the less authority the controllers have over the
collective. Man's future freedom depends entirely on the relationship between
the collective and the individual.
Working with the
divination arts awakens our true inner intelligence - the so-called
"Living Oracle." When we have learned to listen to this higher
intelligence, we are automatically freed from dependency on the unawakened
people around us. After all, why do we constantly seek guidance from the misguided?
And how can that behavior lead to enlightenment or sustainable lifestyles? Of
course, they cannot do so.
The return to sanity,
both personally and socially, has been a major theme of innumerable
psychologists, activists, and philosophers for decades. The men and women of
reason have concluded that something is very wrong, existentially, with
Post-Industrial humanity. Experts have gone to great lengths to describe what
is wrong with the way urban man lives. However, they offer precious little of
substance when it comes to coherent solutions to mankind’s vexatious problems.
We are now in the
twenty-first century and the time for "problem-think" is, in the mind
of this writer, over. It is now time for "solution-think." This means
that it is time for mankind to proactively face reality in order to change it,
and to have zero-tolerance for all the factors which enslave the psyche. This
paradigm-shift involves the acceptance and confrontation of the "dark
sides" of the human ego-personality, and a desire to see ourselves for who
we are morally and psychologically. It is our habitual avoidance and denial of
what we falsely regard as the "darker" side of ourselves, that has
brought the world, and humanity, to the brink of ecocide and psychosis. It is
this avoidance that plays right into the hands of the architects of world
control who have preyed over humanity for so many ages.
The confrontation of
the dark aspects of the personality liberates us from the control of the ego.
The ego, as a few thinkers discovered, is not unique to one person. It is
really a "social ego." Man's persona is simply a bi-product of his
society. The face we show to the world is ultimately a creation of that world.
If we wish to be truly unique, we must transcend the ego and social persona.
However, this process of individuation cannot occur until we develop the
capacity of seeing ourselves rightly. We must have the courage to look into the
mirror of the self, rather than that of the ego.
True sanity entails, in one way or another,
the dissolution of the normal ego, that false self competently adjusted to our
alienated social reality: the emergence of the “inner” archetypal mediators of
divine power, and through the death a rebirth, and the eventual
re-establishment of a new kind of ego-functioning, the ego now being the
servant of the divine, no longer its betrayer.
--R. D. Laing (The Politics of
Experience)
…the prevalent sensation of oneself as a
separate ego enclosed I a bag of skin is a hallucination which accords neither
with Western science nor with the experimental philosophy-religions of the
East…This hallucination underlies the misuse of technology for the violent
subjugation of man’s natural environment and, consequently, its eventual
destruction.
--Alan Watts (The Book: On the Taboo of Knowing Who You Are)
Over two thousand
years ago, the Athenian philosopher Plato emphatically warned his society of
the consequences to evolution and truth if the “artists” were unrestricted in
their influence of the consciousness of mankind. I believe he was aware of the
existence of the subversive elements in his society that sought to manipulate
thought by way of that which appears innocent and harmless. In 1835, the French
historian Alexis de Tocqueville, phrased the same concern in this interesting
manner:
I fear that the productions of democratic
poets may often be surcharged with immense and incoherent imagery, with
exaggerated descriptions and strange creations; and that the fantastic beings
of their brain may sometimes make us regret the world of reality.
Of course, in ancient
times man was much more Symbolically Literate than we are today. He held
symbols in great regard and was in touch with his higher intelligence. It is
this intelligence that gave man the ability to raise the Great Pyramid and to
chart the heavens. The knowledge of the ancients has been preserved in the
divination arts. In the Tarot, for example, we find the rich palate of symbols
that, with correct usage, open the portals to the ancestral reservoir of gnosis
that was available to the initiates and elders of the past.
Among the ancients, who dealt largely with
psychical sciences, there seems to have been a common language which could be
used to explain the invisible world and its inhabitants; but we of this age
have not yet developed such a language. Consequently, men who deny human
immortality, as well as men with religious faith who have not…transformed that
faith into a fact, nowadays…in attempting to explain psychic fact, call it
mysticism.
--W. Y. Evans Wentz (Fairy Folklore in Celtic Countries)
The Egyptians, either by exact science or
spontaneously, had arrived at a method by means of which they could rite with
distinct picture of material objects, instead of ordinary letters expressing
sounds and phrases. These pictures were not ordinary images of the things they
represented but were endowed with certain symbolic qualities (Sophia), by means
of which they revealed to the initiated contemplator a profound insight into
the very essence of substances of things, and an intuitive understanding of
their transcendental origins, an insight which was not the result of reasoning
or mental reflection, but was acquired spontaneously by means of divine
inspiration and illumination. As artistic representations of this phenomenal
world, they revealed, in fact, the ideal world of the soul.
--Plotinus
Cynics who continue
to doubt whether symbols and images have any lasting negative affect on
consciousness should remember and study the most recent example of mass
control, that of Nazi Germany. The Nazis openly used ritual choreography,
ancient symbols and rallying chants, powerful mystical logos and regalia, and
so on, to force men into a hive mentality. We now know that Hitler and his
cronies were deeply involved with powerful occult societies and were fascinated
by ancient mysticism. Hitler sent agents throughout the world, to visit tribes
and sects in order to procure occult works and doctrines, and to learn how to
employ magical arts. Although it might sound controversial, the same arcane
archive is made use of today, not only by advertisers in Hollywood and on
Madison Avenue, but by leading Evangelists and other churchmen. It is used by
the heads of leading corporations. As financier J. P. Morgan once said,
Millionaires don't use astrology...The billionaires do!
Every news anchor and
talk show host subtly emphasizes stereotypes that force men into consensus
trance. Every movie-maker of significance uses subliminal and subtextual
devices to embed ideas in the minds of his audience. Every high-end set
designer knows what symbols and shapes to use so that his demographic is
emotionally attracted and ingratiated. Every informed broadcaster and media
executive knows how to provide surrogates for what is missing within us, and how
to help us hide from ourselves in the "light" of collective. They
know what kind of power the super-lit, florescent, convenient, user-friendly,
one-seasoned world of their manufacture has over the human mind. They also know
that what psychosis will occur if those under their control are not provided
with the illusion of freedom and choice. This is one of the main reasons why we
are given many pseudo-choices, particularly between products. This is the why
there are so many dialectical divisions in the corporate world - for example,
Levis versus Jordac, Coke versus Pepsi, ABC versus CNN. Stones versus Beatles, Rockers versus Mods.
Letterman versus Leno, Russia versus USA, Republican versus Democrat,
Conservative versus Liberal, Catholic versus Protestant, Atheist versus
Believer, Gay versus Straight, Black versus White, Arab versus Jew, Rich versus
Poor, and even Male versus Female, ad nauseaum. Under the guise of plenty and
choice, man's ability to choose well is eroded.
His true intelligence is
assaulted and he becomes incapable of deciding anything for himself. In the
end, his good is whatever his masters say it is. His freedom is whatever they
feel like bestowing. His thoughts are whatever makes him safe and secure in the
prison created by his overlords.
Advertising is designed to generate an inner
sense of conflict with the self.
--Bernard McGrave PhD
Throughout the ages
it has been considered normal and even exemplary behavior to die for a flag. We
still assault others over a sport or political allegiance, feel superior due to
the clothes, home, or car that we possess. Ours is a time obsessed with
comparison and prestige, over-achievement, and the projection of fantasy into
reality. It does not matter a jot whether nature, animals, children, the elderly,
the invalid, or other nations and indigenous peoples suffer. I have traced many
levels of psychosis and multiple personality dementia, as well as teen and
adult dysfunction and sexual criminality, to the effects, through the years, of

Signs and symbols control the world, not phrases
and laws
--Confucius (551-479 BC)
Obviously, a man can
never gain true and lasting happiness or independence if he does not own his
mind and emotions. If he is colonized and branded, then he inevitably loses charge
of his own destiny. He becomes emotionally and spiritually naked and his
children inherit a bleak but brightly-lit and busy dystopia without meaning or
depth.
The man of today
gives rise to the man of tomorrow. And tomorrow's man will not be the inhabitant
of a secure utopia where freedom, justice, and truth are cherished. On the
contrary, he will be an obsessed, addicted victim suffering psychic and
emotional impotency and enmeshed in guilt and conflict as a result of it. His
inner life is a miasma of unfulfilled desires and misplaced allegiances. He is
under the "Hex." Once the connection and rapport with the inner self
is occluded, man becomes a slave of external approval.
Consequently, those who command our adoration must be like ourselves or be those who appear to possess a greater abundance of those chimeras which we believe to be of value. Western man replaces life with lifestyle and continues to award himself, and those he gives birth to, for knowing, as speedily and vacantly as possible, everything there is to know about everyone and everything else in the world other than the Self. He sees but rarely observes. He thinks, but rarely with his own mind and rarely about his own moral and psychological welfare. He fights and dies for the preservation and sovereignty of friends, family, countries, nations, and ideals, but is estranged from himself and bereft of personal psychic sovereignty and emotional immunity.

The twenty-first century will be the era of
the World Controllers…The older dictators fell because they could never supply
their subjects with enough bread, enough circuses, enough miracles, and
mysteries. Under a scientific dictatorship, education will really work…most men
and women will grow up to love their servitude and will never dream of
revolution. There seems to be no good reason why a thoroughly scientific
dictatorship should ever be overthrown.
--Aldous Huxley (Brave New World Revisited)
--Aldous Huxley (Brave New World Revisited)
Tragically, that
which man consumes also consumes him. Sickened and desperate in his own soul, and
knowing next to nothing about his own essence, he charges back and forth vainly
with a thousand and one ideas and plans, pathetically administering to the
maladies of his equally debilitated neighbors and fellow humans. His mind is
plagued with "media viruses" and his libido rages within from all
kinds of toxic programming. By divorcing ourselves from our center and losing
our once natural sense of interior life, we become a generation who must have
but cannot be, who know what but not how to think. Persona-drives and
limbic-drives predominate and compel us to live on the periphery of Being, on
the surface of ourselves.
We do not own our own thoughts and yet believe ourselves capable of "independent" thought and choice. True, thought can be creative, but thoughts can also be created and implanted by agencies that seek to enslave the soul and confound the natural intelligence. Pestilence and injustice ride their steeds through our world, but they go unseen, sowing the seeds of doom among the innocent and pure, within hearts and minds unprotected and without awareness of what is happening to them.

everyone thinks of himself as the exception – hence his delusion.

Emile Durkheim called this phenomenon
‘anomie” and found that it was the main cause of suicide which had been
increasing with the growth of industrialization. He referred by anomie to the
destruction of all traditional social bonds, due to the fact that all truly
collective organization had become secondary to the state and that all genuine
social life had been annihilated. He believed that people living in the modern
political state are ‘a disorganized dust of individuals.

The subversive forces
that operate as described, and which deal so contemptuously with the
underclasses they fear, can be sanctioned, penalized, and even overthrown, once
we return to the "Symbolic Literacy" that was natural to our
forebears. When the "inner eye" is opened and when Pattern
Recognition becomes as natural as breathing, the tables will be turned on the
subversive malefactor and tyrants. After we develop even a rudimentary critical
intelligence, it will be then that Truth will decide to once more return and
dwell among us. Our indifference and neglect has banished both Truth and Virtue
to the voids. To welcome them back into the human circle, and to be nourished
again by their company, we must first adopt a zero-tolerance attitude toward
any living or corporate entity whose agendas and artifice flies in the face of
reason. We must have zero-tolerance for those entities seeking to the desecrate
the Earth and profit from the humiliation and impoverishment of all sentient
and non-sentient life-forms.
The German sociologist
George Simmel once said that the educated person was someone who knew how to
find out that which he did not already know. If he were alive today he would
perhaps agree that the time has come for humanity to get smart, get educated,
and get into "the know” about the psychic dictatorship that has claimed
the sanity and souls of millions. As the Ad-Men are want to say - new hot
slogans and memes are needed - to appear emblazoned on the virtual billboard
that looms over the troubled and hypermanic world…REVOLUTION OR REVELATION?

Eugene Debs
Eugene Victor Debs
was born in in Terre Haute, Indiana, on 5th November, 1855. His parents, Jean
Daniel and Marguerite Marie Bettrich Debs, both immigrated to the United States
from Colmar, in the Alsace region of France.
Debs left school at
the age of 14 and found work as a painter in a railroad yards. He became a
railroad fireman in 1870 and soon afterwards became active in the trade union
movement. Debs worked as editor of the Locomotive Firemen's Magazine, before
being elected national secretary of Brotherhood of Locomotive Fireman in 1880.
Debs, a member of the Democratic Party, was elected to the Indiana Legislature
in 1884.
In 1893 Debs was
elected the first president of the American Railway Union (ARU). In 1894 George
Pullman, the president of the Pullman Palace Car Company, decided to reduced
the wages of his workers. When the company refused arbitration, the ARU called
a strike. Starting in Chicago it spread to 27 states. John Swinton, a
journalist working for the New York Times, argued that as an orator, Debs was
comparable to Abraham Lincoln: "It seemed to me that both men were imbued
with the same spirit. Both seemed to me as men of judgment, reason, earnestness
and power. Both seemed to me as men of free, high, genuine and generous
manhood. I took to Lincoln in my early life, as I took to Debs a third of a
century later."
The attorney-general,
Richard Olney, sought an injunction under the Sherman Anti-Trust Act against
the Pullman Strike. As a result, of Olney's action, Eugene Debs was arrested
and despite being defended by Clarence Darrow, was imprisoned. The case came
before the Supreme Court in 1895. David Brewer spoke for the court on 27th May,
explaining why he refused the American Railway Union's appeal. This decision
was a great set-back for the trade union movement.
While serving his
time in Woodstock Prison he read the works of Karl Marx. By the time he left
prison in 1895 Debs became a socialist and believed that capitalism should be
replaced by a new cooperative system. Although he advocated radical reform,
Debs was opposed to the revolutionary violence supported by some left-wing
political groups.
In 1897 Debs joined
with Victor Berger and Ella Reeve Bloor to form the Social Democratic Party
(SDP). Other members included Carl Sandburg, Frederic Heath, Margaret Haile,
Job Harriman, Max S. Hayes, Algernon Lee, William Mailly and Seymour Stedman.
The following year two members of the party were elected to the Massachusetts
legislature.

Welcome to the FEMA
Corps Inaugural Class
Originally posted by Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Deputy
Administrator Rich Serino on Thursday, August 13, 2012
Yesterday, we
welcomed 231 energetic members into the first ever FEMA Corps class. The
members just finished off their first month of training with our partners at
the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) and are one step
closer to working in the field on disaster response and recovery. They will now
head to FEMA’s Center for Domestic Preparedness to spend the next two weeks
training in their FEMA position-specific roles. Once they complete both the
CNCS and FEMA training, these 231 dedicated FEMA Corps members will be
qualified to work in one of a variety of disaster related roles, ranging from
Community Relations to Disaster Recovery Center support.
FEMA Corps builds on
the great work of AmeriCorps to establish a service cadre dedicated to disaster
response and recover. To be sure, responding to disasters is nothing new for
Americorps. In fact, the great work that AmeriCorps already does during
disasters was the inspiration for FEMA Corps. When I visited communities all
over the country that were devastated by disasters, from Joplin, MO to Bastrop,
Texas, I always encountered the incredible members of AmeriCorps lending a
helping hand to survivors. I was continually struck by the level of compassion,
dedication, and skill these members brought to the table.

COMMUNITARIANISM (UN
AGENDA 21) IS THE MODERN CONCEPT OF COMMUNALISM AND COLLECTIVISM!
Communitarianism:
Communitarianism is
an ideology that emphasizes the connection between the individual and the
community. That the community will be the new family unit; but, it can also be
understood in a far wider sense of interaction of a geographical location
(corralling ruralites into an urban environment) for an easier control of the
people!
Though the term
communitarianism is of 20th-century origin, it is derived from the 1840s term
communitarian, which was coined by Goodwyn Barmby to refer to one who was a
member or advocate of a "communalist" society. The modern use of the
term is a redefinition of the original sense (Communalism/ Collectivism). Many
communitarians trace their philosophy to earlier thinkers (Friedrich Hegel/Karl
Marx). The term is primarily used in two senses:
"Philosophical
communitarianism" considers classical liberalism, (Communalism/
Collectivism), to be ontologically (Reality) and epistemologically (critical
thinking) as "inconsistent", and opposes it on those grounds. Unlike
classical liberalism, which construes communities as originating from the
voluntary acts of pre-community individuals, it emphasizes the role of the
community in "defining and shaping" (brainwashing) individuals (to
this new Ideology). Communitarians believe that the value of community is not
sufficiently recognized in liberal theories of Social Justice. (Out with the
Old and in with the New)!
"Ideological
communitarianism" is characterized as a *radical centrist ideology that is
often marked by leftism on economic issues and moralism or conservatism
(Compassionate Conservatism) on social issues. It usually refers to the
Responsive Communitarian movement of Amitai Etzioni and other philosophers.
(Presidents George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton (who is a fan of Etzioni), George W.
Bush and Barrack Obama are advocates of "Ideological
Communitarianism" in various forms.)
*Radical Centrists:
The terms radical
center, radical middle or radical centrism describe a philosophy as well as an
associated political movement and position on the political spectrum. Adherents
of this philosophy claim to improve policy and general politics by not
harboring a bias toward the precedence of either, Capitalism or The State, as
can be characterized by right-wing politics and left-wing politics,
respectively.
Various groups have
adopted radical center as a term to describe a philosophy which includes their
belief that, in affirming the core principles involved on both sides of a
dilemma, the dilemma or disagreement can be rendered moot. The terms radical
center and radical middle are often used interchangeably, although the former
more often refers to a political movement (Tea Party) and the latter to a
political philosophy (Individualism versus Collectivism)). The latter is being
used by the Communitarians (both parties) to reflect an emphasis on epistemic
virtue (critical thinking), by creating planned dilemmas, in an attempt to
attract the Middle.
As a relatively
grassroots movement, especially in the United States, there is no definitive
statement of radical middle politics. A proposed recurring theme, however,
might be the use of "Misrepresentation of Individual Choices", as is
often the case with communitarianism. It can be said that the radical middle or
center is an ideology broadly questioning the ideas, principles and values of
"PROGRESSIVISM" (both parties).
THERE HAS BEEN A
CONCERTED EFFORT BY BOTH, THE LEFT AND THE RIGHT TO CONTROL THE MIDDLE! THE
ONLY IDEOLOGY BEING USED BY EITHER SIDE IS, "PROFITISM”

Cooperative federalism
Cooperative federalism
(1930s-1970s) is a concept of federalism in which national, state, and local
governments interact cooperatively and collectively to solve common problems,
rather than making policies separately but more or less equally (such as the
nineteenth century's dual federalism) or clashing over a policy in a system
dominated by the national government.

"What you hear in this video is from the audiobook of "The
Iron Web," a novel I wrote years ago. (The printed book and audiobook are
at LarkenRose.com). These are the words of a fictional character in the book,
and he says quite a bit more. And yes, the character is rather harsh in his
condemnation of state-worship, but for a reason. If you have the story context
of who is saying it, where, when, and why, some of it makes more sense. Many
thanks to FreiwilligFrei for making this video."

This video is a
US-version of the video "Nachricht an das Stimmvieh", produced by
FreiwilligFrei.de, a german group of bloggers and activists.
http://www.freiwilligfrei.info/ focuses on voluntarism and the philosophy of
freedom.
The „rulers"
actually don't matter. They are vastly outnumbered by the people like you and
me. The problem is those who legitimate the "rulers" with their
votes, remaining silent when the "rulers" commit evils in their
names.
Most of them do not
feel bad about that. Many of them even cheer and applaud to their
"rulers" and they defend the crimes they commit.
Larken Rose is
looking for answers to this absurd behavior and blames the concept of
authority. From early childhood most people are conditioned to listen to
authority when they try to figure out what is right and what is wrong instead
of listening to their own hearts, their own conscience and their own moral
values.
As adults they see
everyone as a „good person" who blindly obeys any random authority. And in
their pursuit of becoming such a “good person" they will use every means.
In particular they love to oppose violently against those who stand up for true
freedom.
Larken Rose sums it up
in one sentence:
“The problem is not
those in power, the problem is right between your ears."

2016: Obama's America
2016: Obama's America
is a 2012 documentary by conservative author and commentator Dinesh D'Souza.
The film was produced by Gerald R. Molen. D'Souza and John Sullivan co-directed
and co-wrote the film, which is based on D'Souza's book The Roots of Obama's Rage (2010). Through interviews and
reenactments, the film compares the similarities of the lives of D'Souza and
President Barack Obama as D'Souza presents his theory of how early influences
on Obama are affecting the decisions he makes as president. The film has
grossed over $33.45 million in the United States, making it the fourth
highest-grossing documentary (domestically) of all time.
Reviewers doubted its
ability to sway undecided voters or Obama supporters, but did praise the
quality of the film's production.
Obama Personifies
Cloward-Piven Strategy
What we called the
Illuminati's Brazil strategy was described in 1966 by two Marxist sociologists,
Richard Cloward and Francis Piven.
It involves bribing
both individuals and corporations with fiat money. This ensures the bankers
gain power and shackle the nation with debt.
Below is a classic
essay by Wayne Root, the 2008 Libertarian Vice-Presidential candidate. It has
also appeared under the title: "Barack Obama is No Fool"
By Wayne Allyn Root
(Las Vegas
Review-Journal, June 6, 2010)
Barack Hussein Obama
is no fool. He is not incompetent. On the contrary, he is brilliant. He knows
exactly what he's doing. He is purposely overwhelming the U.S. economy to
create systemic failure, economic crisis and social chaos thereby destroying
capitalism and our country from within. Barack Hussein Obama was my college
classmate.(Columbia University, class of '83)
He is a devout
Muslim; do not be fooled. Look at his czars... Anti-business anti-American. As
Glenn Beck correctly predicted from day one, Barack Hussein Obama is following
the plan of Cloward & Piven, two professors at Columbia University... they
outlined a plan to socialize America by overwhelming the system with government
spending and entitlement demands.
Add up the clues
below. Taken individually they're alarming. Taken as a whole, it is a
brilliant, Machiavellian game plan to turn the United States into a
Socialist/Marxist state with a permanent majority that desperately needs
government for survival... And can be counted on to always vote for even bigger
government. Why not? They have no responsibility to pay for it.

The Hurricane
Simulation
Westchester County
Communications Officer Sandy Fried, an Amateur Radio operator and ODES staff
member, had recently attended a training seminar at the National Hurricane
Center in Miami. Part of the training was a simulation using data from the
Hurricane of 1938 that caused major losses on Long Island and in Westchester.
The texts of the simulated bulletins, forecasts, discussions and strike
probabilities along with the hurricane's track were sent home with the seminar
attendees. We named the simulated hurricane after Sandy, who incidentally was
nine years old during the real Hurricane of 1938.
These texts were used
as the drill stimulus. They were time-shifted to simulate land-fall around 6pm
on Saturday, October 4th. Working backward from this time, we used these texts
to generate and automatically update a World Wide Web status page
(http://www.weca.org/SET) and send email to the Westchester ARES/RACES email
reflector and fax to the County Emergency Operations center at the times that
the National Weather Service would normally have sent them.

This one-hour lecture
by Rev Ted Pike provides a history of the Jews and Judaism that most Jews don't
know. Pay close attention and you will better understand the world you live in.
Thanks to Carl for bringing it to my attention.
The key point is that
the Cabala is satanic. It asserts that God is formless and unknowable. Anything
that severs our connection to God is satanic. Obeying God is the essence of
religion.
The Cabala asserts
that God makes his Will known through Cabalist Jews, and therefore only they
are truly human.
They assert that the
Jewish mission is to conquer and domesticate the goyim and build a heavenly
kingdom on earth in which they are God.
In my opinion, this
is the key to understanding modern history and the motivation behind the NWO.
The brilliant Ted Pike provide much evidence that demonstrates that
unfortunately this is the case.
Want to dispel the
matrix? Take the red pill. Watch this video.
note 1:
God is knowable as
the moral order, the difference between right and wrong, truth and lies. God
takes the form of spiritual ideals: absolute Truth, Justice, Beauty, Love and
Peace. When we are one with God, these ideals are self-evident.
note 2:
The PTB use
"anti Semitism" as mind control so people will deny what is
happening. Most Jews are not aware of Rev. Pike's information. They are
manipulated like everyone else. We must overcome our fear of
"Anti-Semitism" to recognize the bitter truth: organized Jewry has
allowed itself to become the instrument of the satanic NWO power. Jews - everyone - need to be alerted and
distance themselves. Only the truth will make us free.
