This Training Manual No. TM 2000-25 on Citizenship, U.S. History and the Constitution was compiled and issued by the U.S. War Department, November 30, 1928, to teach our young men in the services the fundamental principles upon which our Government was founded.
The precise and scholarly definitions presented throughout the manual were carefully considered as a proper guide for U.S. soldiers and U.S. citizens by the Chief of Staff of the United States Army. Such definitions take precedence over any definitions that may be found in the present commercial dictionaries which have suffered periodic modification to please the powers in office.
Shortly after the "bank holiday" in 1933, orders from the FDR White House suddenly demanded without explanation that all copies of this book be withdrawn from the Government Printing Office and the Army posts, to be suppressed and destroyed. So began the demagogic descent of the United States and the subversion of the Constitution into Americanized National Socialism, bankruptcy and the continued state of national emergency that we have experienced as a nation for the past 77 years

Attitude toward property is respect for laws and individual rights, and a sensible economic procedure. MANTRA
In Hindu mysticism, a mantra is a form of psychoactive speech having a direct effect on the physical body and a claimed effect on the emotions, the mind, and even on physical processes in nature. The term is derived from the root man (to think), and tra from trai, (to protect or to free from bondage). Thus, a mantra is an instrument of thought.
According to Hindu tradition, the material universe is said to be formed from divine vibration, a concept echoed in the Judaic and Christian concepts of divine utterance preceding creation—"And God said, let there be light" (Gen. 1:3) and "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was God" (John 1:1).
The use of mantras can also be found in Buddhist tantrism, known as Vairayana.
The verses of the Hindu sacred scriptures, the Vedas (veda means knowledge), are regarded as mantras, because they have been transmitted from a divine source, rather like the Christian concept of the Bible as having power as the Word of God. Hindus, however, also believe that words and phrases have special powers as expressions of the hidden forces of nature. The vibrations of molecules which create the particular sounds of the mantras are thought to resonate with Shabda or Vach (primal essence of creation.)
Divine creation becomes manifest in form throughout nature, and the latent reality behind form may be affected by correctly uttering the sounds that represent the ideal reality. These mantras were discovered by ancient sages skilled in the knowledge of the Mantra Shastra scripture and taught to initiates.
The universe is called Jagat (that which moves), because everything exists by a combination of forces and movement, and every movement generates vibration and has its own sound. These subtle sounds have correspondences in the baser sounds of speech and music, and so everything in the universe has an exact relationship. Everything has its natural name, the sound produced by the action of the moving forces from which it is constructed. Thus, anyone who is able to utter the natural name of anything with creative force can bring into being the thing which has that name.
The most well-known mantra is the trisyllable A-U-M, which precedes and concludes reading from the Vedas and is chanted as an individual mantra or magical prayer. Hindu tradition says it is the origin of all sound, and initially came to those sages who reached the highest state of spiritual development. The three syllables are associated with the processes of creation, preservation, and dissolution and with the three states of consciousness (dreaming, deep sleep, and waking).
The scripture Mandukya Upanishad describes how AUM, or "OM," is the basis of all the other letters in the Sanskrit language and is associated with the universe and the human microcosm (analogous concepts exist in such kabalistic works as the Sepher Yesirah). A mantra may also be associated with a yantra, or mystical diagram.
Mantras are frequently uttered in rhythmic repetition known as japa, often with the aid of a mala, a set of beads resembling the Catholic rosary. In japa yoga, the power of a mantra is enhanced by the accumulation of repetitions. Although mantras have an automatic action, that action is enhanced by proper
concentration and attitude of mind. The spoken mantra is also an aid to the mental mantra, which contains the inner meaning and power.
Special mantras called bija (seed) mantras are linked with the basic states of matter in connection with the chakras, or subtle energy centers, of the human body. These seeds are said to hold the potential to release the powers of the chakras.
Most yogic traditions use some form of mantra initiation, which transmits a particular mantra from guru to student.

Etymology
The Sanskrit word mantra- (m.; also n. mantram) consists of the root man- "to think" (also in manas "mind") and the suffix -tra, designating tools or instruments, hence a literal translation would be "instrument of thought".
An Indo-Iranian *mantra is also preserved in Avestan manthra, effectively meaning "word" but with far-reaching implications: Manthras are inherently "true" (aša), and the proper recitation of them brings about (realizes) what is inherently true in them. It may then be said that manthras are both an expression of being and "right working" and the recitation of them is crucial to the maintenance of order and being. (See also: Avestan aša- and Vedic ṛtá-).
Indo-Iranian *sātyas mantras (Yasna 31.6: haiθīm mathrem) thus "does not simply mean 'true Word' but formulated thought which is in conformity with the reality' or 'poetic (religious) formula with inherent fulfillment (realization).”
Latin word Mentor (also in its usage in English and other languages) is a cognate (cf. Mens sana in corpore sano = Healthy mind in a healthy body), as is the root preserved in most Slavonic languages as Mądr-/Mudr-, for wisdom and Sage
The Chinese translation is zhenyan 眞言, 真言, literally "true words", the Japanese on'yomi reading of the Chinese being shingon (which is also used as the proper name for the prominent esoteric Shingon sect).

So, for me, a mantra – as I define it, something akin to an aphorism – is a vibration of sounds [become words] you ingest… digest… and then take to heart.
A law taken to heart cannot be distinct from a maxim of law… as a law which is righteous and just – proper, valid, in keeping with either… natural, universal, or scientific law principles – always emanates from contract… or of covenant.
That contract which one honors… holds to… and faithfully keeps… to one’s self.

And when we take something to heart… it does not mean we lie down with dogs… who would cheerfully cut our throats… if it meant… you and me… simply didn’t count… except as a notch on a belt… or a digit on a ledger. We understand that with risk… does not always… reap reward – particularly if we invite dishonor from the outset… because we stand… for nothing.

I hope you don’t mind receiving this note. Let me say that I am not given to hyperbole. This is the most important message I have ever sent. I urge you to read it and to share it with others.
Earlier this week I attended the Utah Monetary Summit in Salt Lake City, Utah. As you may know, the state of Utah passed a Legal Tender Act [3] earlier this year authorizing the use of federally minted gold and silver coins as money in the state of Utah. Now, legislators in other states, many of whom attended the Monetary Summit, are evaluating similar legislation.
Among other things, this means the United States is approaching a Constitutional crisis because states are beginning to financially break away from the federal government. This is no less serious than the American War of Independence or the War Between the States. The Utah Monetary Declaration (below) is a financial declaration of independence whereby states are beginning to opt out of the Federal Reserve System. A major confrontation seems inevitable.
The issues underlying this historic development include:
1. The unsound condition of large U.S. banks, which have inaccurate and crumbling balance sheets along with $250 trillion in high-risk OTC derivatives contracts;
2. The unstable nature of the U.S. and world financial systems, characterized by unworkable levels of sovereign debt and private debt and by over $600 trillion in OTC derivatives liabilities;
3. The excessive levels of federal government debt and unfunded liabilities combined with falling federal tax revenues prior to the start of the double-dip recession that began in the second half of 2011;
4. The radically inflationary monetary policies of the federal government and of the Federal Reserve, which promise high inflation or hyperinflation in the future;
5. The worsening condition of the real U.S. economy outside of large banks, multinational corporations, and Wall Street firms, where federal government bailouts and Federal Reserve monetary easing (money printing) transfer wealth from proverbial Main Street to literal Wall Street;
6. The rapidly escalating polarization of the distribution of wealth, which threatens not only the economic stability of the United States but also its social and political stability; and
7. The current, highly inflationary monetary system is plainly unfair and fundamentally immoral.
As a consequence of these grave, ongoing and growing problems, which are being largely ignored by the mainstream news media, state governments must take immediate action to ensure the functioning of local economies and of state governments, should the federal government / Federal Reserve System break down. Specifically, there is an urgent requirement for an alternative currency to the privately issued Federal Reserve Note, which is erroneously referred to as the “U.S. dollar.” [More... ]

Promoting the Steady Hand of Biblically-Based Christian Statesmanship on Public Policy
Amanda Teegarden, executive director of OK-Safe, talked on fusion centers. Fusion centers are integrated information gathering centers. This includes places where street and private business camera information is centrally located. These are collaborative efforts between two or more intelligence gathering agencies. Supposedly at the core is gathering information to fight “criminal activity and terrorism.”

Terrorists are now being defined as groups of people who reject the “international system” according to people like Henry Kissinger. The goal of the construction of the intelligence networks is to remove barriers to information sharing between fed, state, local, tribal and private intelligence information gathering centers. They are supposed to turn information into actionable knowledge while paying lip-service to “protecting privacy.”
Every level of law enforcement and every sector, public and private, are involved. These include virtually everything you can think of and several you cannot probably think of from banks to restaurants to public and private buildings, manufacturing plants, pleasure centers- amusement parks, cruise ships, etc.
This is part of a global effort to create an inter-connected intelligence based policing. Interoperability is key and uniform language and systems are imperative. Involved entities have to agree to “non-disclosure” agreements (memorandums of understanding) before they are allowed to hook-up to the system. Supposedly states have the ability to keep info within the state but this is non-sense. Information includes driver’s license information. Info Guard is part of this system. Many involved do so with good intentions but this does not excuse becoming part of this evil system. We need to find our equivalent of Oklahoma’s SB 483. Part of the mandate of the bill requires reports of suspicious activities and incidents in order to build a database of suspicious “behaviors” that “might lead to terrorist activity” (thought policing). Guidelines are being developed to centralize the collection and distribution of “suspicious behaviors.”
This is an effort to identify and eliminate “stove pipes” or barriers to the new system. Among the “stove pipes” are “legacy systems” like the concept of the nation-state and those who still hold to the concept of the nation-state. Supply-chain management strategies have been worked into intelligence and law enforcement methods.
Part of the mission is to create “decision advantage” which require hard-nosed and dedicated agents to accomplish the goals of the participating agencies. There are technologies involved like “cloud technologies,” etc. The Dept. of Defense and the Department of Justice have signed joint agreements to work together to develop these technologies. Other agencies are now beginning to join in- black boxes in cars and monitors in trucks and other transportation.

The recent California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) public meeting in which one resident was told he could have his analog meter re-installed and the SMART Meter removed has resulted in CPUC saying that they would render a ruling on “allowing” citizens to opt out of the system of by 2012. The idea that CPUC continues to misrepresent their authority and that of PG&E is astounding. The thought that the California legislature and its governor sit idly by, silent, while this travesty takes place against the citizens of their state, is downright disgusting.
Neither CPUC nor PG&E has the right or the authority to violate private property and the rights associated with that, not to mention the assault and violation of the individuals in their persons or bodies. Neither do either of these corporations have the right to summarily and arbitrarily subject the citizenry to the provisions of a private contract they were not party to, and to force them to surrender or submit to what is in fact, a specifically designed military weapon (Bio-effects of selected non-lethal weapons pdf) that can cause massive harm to the public. Both CPUC and PG&E are operating under contract law. There are several points that must be adhered to under this system.
All contracts must be in-kind… Meaning corporation to corporation, or people to people, etcetera
Must have “wet-ink” signatures… This means assumed signatures or copies of signatures are not recognized as valid.
Equal consideration must be given to all parties.
There must be full disclosure.
Cannot be unconscionable or deceptive
As anyone can clearly see, CPUC and PG&E have met none of these conditions yet both are implying that because THEY entered into a private contract with one another:
The public is somehow subject to the terms of a contract that was unrevealed to them,
Did not contain their wet ink signature in agreement,
There was NO consideration provided to the public
There was NO disclosure of the terms of the contract and what it contained, and,
The act of arbitrarily installing these harmful meters is an unconscionable act that was committed by way of deception.
To add insult to what is clearly an injury, CPUC is considering the application of Commission sanctioned extortion by indicating their ruling would most likely include an extortive fee for replacing the SMART meter the customer didn’t want to begin with, and by extorting the customer further by attaching an inflated fee for the monthly meter reading. This is not only extortion but also coercion and duress.
The SMART meter system is strictly voluntary. This is an “opt-in” system NOT an “opt-out” system. The meters were to be offered to customers to accept or reject, or, the customer had to request the meters. Arbitrarily installing a SMART Meter, particularly when neither of these requirements has been met and doing so above the objections of the property owner or renter, is a violation of the PERPA regulations. It is also a blatant misrepresentation of authority by both CPUC and PG&E.
There is NO FEDERAL MANDATE for SMART Meters. There is no law forcing the implementation of this critically harmful metering system that is intended only to monitor in-home activity while attaching energy rates to a wildly fluctuating market. These meters are a clear and present danger wherever they are installed.
In what has clearly been a disinformation campaign wherein CPUC and PG&E have knowingly misrepresented not only their authority, but also the actual authority they have regarding private property saying that because they entered into a contract with each other, they have the right of easement onto property not owned or controlled by either of them. The easement they refer to extends only to your property line, but does not include the right to trespass your property. CPUC does not have the authority to grant a third party access to your property.
No one is disputing CPUC’s authority to contract with whomever it pleases. What is disputed is CPUC contracting with PG&E and then foisting the provisions of this private, unrevealed contract onto the public. Clearly the California legislature did not intend for private contracts struck by CPUC to be used arbitrarily against the citizens, nor was their intent to enable a system of spying and endangerment of public health. But you don’t hear a peep out of those elected officials who helped make all this possible, even if it is only by remaining silent and refusing to protect the public from a predatory system that is a threat to the public health and well-being.
SMART meters of any kind were the creation of the mad scientists at Ft. Meade and clearly are intended for eventual use as a population control device as evidenced by their own testimony:

How anyone could read this report on what eventually came to be SMART meters and conclude that anyone in their right mind would want one of these lethal meters attached to their homes or businesses, is incomprehensible. Most likely this is why there has been so much deception, trickery, misrepresentation and disinformation put out by both the various utility commissions and the infamous corporations they contract with.
